Qualification
Required
CT or MA-barred attorney
4 years of experience (ideal)
Drafting memoranda, motions, and briefs for federal and state court matters
Supporting appellate strategy and litigation
Conducting in-depth legal research on financial institution operations, insurance coverage disputes, and tort liability
Assisting with class action defense and enterprise risk litigation
Preferred
Law review or journal experience
Exposure to appellate practice or clerkship experience
Strong analytical and writing skills
Interest in growing within a national litigation practice
Comfortability with two-week duration (potentially longer)
