Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to ACCS/PACT teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care
Ensure services align with DMH, MassHealth, and BHN standards and contractual requirements
Supervise and support program managers, team leaders, and clinical staff
Monitor program performance, outcomes, and productivity metrics
Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate care
Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning
Promote a culture of accountability, equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Support staff development, training, and retention
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health services
Demonstrated leadership experience in community-based or intensive treatment programs
Strong knowledge of ACCS, PACT, or similar service models
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
