The Analyst will analyze, design, and document Salesforce-based case management workflows for Unemployment Insurance investigations, collaborating with various stakeholders to create compliant and efficient system solutions.

Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Develop functional and technical specifications
Translate statutory and regulatory requirements into system workflows
Design and support Salesforce case management workflows
Document case lifecycle, routing, automation, and status tracking
Ensure workflows are configurable and aligned with program needs
Develop workflows for civil law enforcement investigations, audits, and misconduct cases
Support evidence tracking, task sequencing, escalation, and auditability
Support criminal investigative workflows (as applicable)
Ensure compliance with federal and state UI regulations
Design workflows that enforce confidentiality and data protection requirements
Support integration of data analytic systems (e.g., Splunk)
Incorporate analytics outputs into investigative workflows
Collaborate with NYSDOL program, investigative, and IT staff
Provide timely and responsive communication and support
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years experience gathering requirements and drafting technical specifications
Minimum 5 years experience developing workflows in Salesforce
Completion of at least 3 projects involving: Investigative workflows, Statutory and regulatory compliance, including confidentiality requirements, Integration with data analytic systems
Preferred
Knowledge of USDOL and UI confidentiality regulations
Experience supporting public-sector investigative systems
