Systems Engineer, System Integration & Test, Staff - Level 4

Responsibilities
Act as Control Account Manager for assigned work packages, tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics to meet program objectives
Serve as Deputy Product Line Owner, collaborating with product‑line leadership to prioritize features, manage backlog items, and align development efforts with strategic goals
Lead proposal development as Proposal Lead, coordinating technical content, cost estimates, and schedule inputs for capture opportunities
Facilitate agile delivery as Release Train Engineer, organizing PI Planning events, managing release calendars, and removing impediments to maintain a steady flow of deliverables
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start
Preferred
Possess F-22 clearance
Systems Engineering development and integration experience
Experience with integration of Mission Systems capabilities on aircraft platform(s)
Experienced working with IFG engineering teams, such as System Design or Software
Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral, with senior level management and internal/external customers
