Responsibilities
Serve as subject-matter expert on NetSuite inventory costing and manufacturing accounting
Advise Finance leadership on best-practice configuration of inventory, costing, and related modules
Partner with the implementation team on setup of Inventory Management, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and costing methodologies (standard, actual, landed cost)
Ensure system design supports future requirements, including revenue recognition, inventory capitalization, COGS accuracy, and reporting needs
Provide documentation, recommendations, and guidance to ensure long-term scalability and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience implementing or optimizing NetSuite inventory and costing modules
Background in manufacturing or semiconductor environments (fabless experience a plus)
Deep understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and supply chain finance
Experience supporting pre-revenue or early-stage companies during commercialization planning
Ability to partner with senior finance leaders and collaborate with implementation partners
