Learning different principles of management
Understanding branch operations, member products and services, networking, and sales
Accurately and efficiently assisting members with transactions
Problem solving and member account maintenance
Recommending credit union products and services
Assisting the Branch Manager on a daily basis
Compiling and maintaining branch statistics
Performing loan interviewer duties
Meeting individual monthly goals
Addressing member and/or employee concerns
Qualification
Required
College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Prior Financial Institution Knowledge
Demonstrated Leadership Skills
Strong Interpersonal and Networking Skills
Preferred
Preferred Degree in Business Related Field
Preferred Customer Service experience
Preferred Sales Experience
