Sales Development Representative – Healthcare/Saas
MOHR Talent is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new business by setting qualified appointments for their Field Sales team. The role involves making high-volume outbound calls, educating prospects on solutions, and coordinating outreach strategies with the Field Rep.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls daily to medical and dental practices
Educate prospects on our solutions and schedule meetings (no closing)
Work closely with a Field Rep to coordinate outreach strategies
Use CRM and digital marketing tools to nurture interest
Hit key performance metrics: calls, meetings set, call quality
Engage with current clients to generate referrals
Provide prospect feedback to help refine outreach strategy
Qualification
Required
1+ years in an outbound calling, inside sales, or SDR role
Clear communication skills (phone, email, and video)
Experience using CRMs like Salesforce (or similar)
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and coachable
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS
Bachelor's degree
