GPac is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. They are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with deep experience in facilities management to drive new business growth and manage national accounts.

Responsibilities
Drive new business growth within the facilities management space, focusing on national and regional multi-site accounts
Leverage existing relationships with brands managing 50–100+ locations per region
Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities across retail, convenience, logistics, and commercial portfolios
Work closely with internal operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
Attend client meetings, industry events, and travel as needed to support business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven business development or sales experience within facilities management
Existing relationships with national or large regional brands
Experience supporting or selling into portfolios of 50–100+ stores/sites
Strong understanding of facilities services, vendor management, and portfolio-level decision-making
Ability to work remotely while managing a national territory
Comfortable with travel as required
