Responsibilities

Performing technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation activities
Supporting lab operations including test design, planning, coordination, execution, and performance analysis across multiple classification levels
Conducting system and technical analyses for the design, installation, integration, sustainment, and operation of lab infrastructure and subsystems
Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving system/network configuration challenges using technical documentation to maintain a configuration-managed baseline
Creating and executing preventive maintenance plans for supported networks, devices, and subsystems

Required

Experience in systems engineering, integration, and lab operations
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot anomalies and ensure performance alignment
The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on mission success
A continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail in a dynamic setting
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Top Secret level
This position requires the ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Experience with full fidelity flight simulation systems at multiple classification level environments
Experience in systems design development for experimentation
Strong working knowledge of network design, implementation and troubleshooting, to include simulation protocols
Experience in conducting technical analyses supporting design, installation, integration, sustainment, and operation of devices, systems/subsystems
Experience in determining solutions for technical problems and issues to include reconfiguration of systems, networks and infrastructure
Ability to coordinate and lead projects / initiatives across multiple functional areas and diverse groups
