Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple retail locations
Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to identify discrepancies and minimize shrink
Partner with store leadership, warehouse teams, and vendors to improve inventory flow and communication
Ensure inventory practices align with company policies and applicable regulatory, health, and safety requirements

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
5–7+ years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related role within retail or distribution
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple locations, willingness to travel within Texas locations as needed

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Experience working with regulated or compliance-driven product categories strongly preferred
