Responsibilities
Create high quality written content for websites, newsletters, brochures, email campaigns, and social media platforms
Ensure all written materials comply with FINRA guidelines and internal compliance requirements
Translate financial strategies, products, and concepts into clear and professional client facing language
Edit, proofread, and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with marketing goals and regulatory expectations
Qualification
Required
3 years proven experience as a financial writer, copywriter, or similar role within the financial services industry
Strong working knowledge of FINRA compliance standards for advertising and public communications
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to produce polished content across digital, print, and social media formats
Familiarity with financial terminology, advisory services, and industry best practices
Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM CT
