Responsibilities

Define and maintain program baselines, milestones, and master schedules
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and track program metrics (EV, engineering, quality, production)
Lead Program Management Reviews, Status Reviews, and Milestone Reviews, presenting clear updates to stakeholders
Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved promptly
Support proposal/ECP development, contract negotiations, and financial term discussions as needed

Required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance after hire
Program management experience, including team leadership, strategy and plan development, resource management, and execution against defined objectives
International business experience, including support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) programs
Experience supporting fixed-wing military aircraft programs or comparable aviation platforms
Experience managing large-scale production programs, including programs with parallel development activities
Experience performing risk identification and mitigation activities, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
