Full-Lifecycle Recruiter (IT/RPO)
James David Staffing is seeking an experienced Full-Lifecycle Technical Recruiter to join their RPO team. The role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple IT departments, managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection.

Responsibilities
Partner with HR and department managers to determine hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet them
Utilize Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruiting process
Utilize sourcing tools such as Phenom, Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn to find and attract top talent
Proactively source and screen candidates for all levels of manufacturing positions
Manage the recruitment process from intake through screening to offer acceptance
Coordinate interviews with department managers and other key stakeholders
Participate in and coordinate hiring events to attract and identify top talent
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition)
5+ Years of Full Life Cycle recruiting support
3+ Years of sourcing passive candidates
Proven success in sourcing and hiring candidates across multiple levels of IT, and specifically with recruiting AI technology resources
Experience managing recruitment events such as career fairs and college recruiting events
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
