SEO/SEM & AI Search Specialist
Courser is a company that accelerates the growth of IT service provider companies. They are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking SEO/SEM & AI Search Specialist to drive organic and paid search performance across their portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies across multiple geographic brands
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities
Optimize website content, meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking structures
Address technical SEO issues including site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and crawlability
Monitor and improve domain authority through strategic link building initiatives
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across all COURSER geographic locations
Develop local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local pack rankings
Coordinate GBP posts, reviews management, and citation consistency
Monitor local search performance metrics (impressions, actions, direction requests)
Own paid search strategy and performance across Google Ads campaigns
Coordinate with Pronto SEM team on campaign execution, bidding, and optimization
Manage keyword targeting, negative keywords, and ad copy testing
Optimize landing pages for Quality Score and conversion rate improvement
Monitor ROAS, cost per MQL, and budget allocation across geos
Monitor COURSER brand visibility in AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies
Structure content for AI retrieval and citation optimization
Implement llms.txt files and AI-friendly content formatting
Stay current on evolving AI search trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics via Google Analytics and Search Console
Report on paid search performance including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and cost per MQL
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve search visibility and ROI
Conduct regular competitive analysis and market opportunity assessments
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or search-focused digital marketing roles
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and SEO initiatives
Strong technical SEO skills (site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals)
Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog)
Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and Search Console expertise
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in B2B marketing; MSP or IT services experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with AI-driven search trends, generative search, and LLM optimization
Experience managing multi-location or franchise SEO strategies
Experience coordinating with external agencies on SEM execution
Understanding of content marketing and its relationship to search performance
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
