Co-Founder / Head of Growth
Topology.cloud is building a protocol for documentation, creating a digital twin for properties' infrastructure. They are seeking a Head of Growth to develop go-to-market strategies, forge B2B2C partnerships, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Go-to-market strategy and execution - Turn our GTM roadmap into reality
Partnership development - Land distribution deals with insurance, warranty, real estate, and service marketplace partners
Early customer development - Run founder-led sales, user interviews, and community building
Growth loops - Build and optimize our viral QR-sharing mechanic with service providers
Market positioning - Refine messaging for homeowners, landlords, service providers, and enterprise
Qualification
Required
Have built B2B2C partnerships before (insurance, real estate, home services, or similar)
Have done category creation—you know how to educate a market that doesn't know it needs you
Are comfortable with ambiguity and founder-led sales in the early days
Can write compelling content and aren't afraid to post on Reddit or cold-email a VP of Partnerships
Want to build something satisfying, not just optimize an existing funnel
Care more about equity upside than a big base salary right now
Preferred
Experience at a home services marketplace, proptech company, or insurtech
Track record of closing partnership deals ($100K+ annual value)
Comfort with product-led growth mechanics
Network in real estate, insurance, or home services industries
