Qualification
Required
20+ years of business or regional management experience
At least one experience of building a region or new market from scratch
Able to clearly explain which aspects of regional business must be designed in advance
Able to identify which problems cannot wait until the market is running before being addressed
Able to make independent judgments in situations with incomplete information and tight deadlines
Able to work alongside the founding team, rather than just being a 'regional executor'
