Flight Test Control Engineer (Level 4)

Responsibilities
Provide Program Leadership with communication and status of platform readiness and maintenance issues
Act as liaison between Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Test Operations group leads, modification team, and other FTCE's in coordinating scheduled events
Coordinate with other organizations associated with test readiness
Effectively communicate, direct, and interact with other test team members, as well as external members to achieve mission success
Train and mentor team members
Maintain configuration of test equipment, software, hardware, and all items necessary for a successful test evolution
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to effectively communicate, direct, and interact with other test team members and external members
Experience in coordinating with other organizations associated with test readiness
Experience in maintaining configuration of test equipment, software, hardware necessary for successful test evolution
Ability to train and mentor team members
Willingness to work overtime, non-standard shifts, and weekends
Eligibility for access to classified information
Preferred
Developmental test program experience
Understanding of Flight test Instrumentation and Data Processing
Understanding of Flight Test Controls
Test project lead or ship lead experience
Communication experience to company and customer audiences
