Responsibilities

Conducting company and industry research
Performing financial and valuation analyses
Creating business profiles
Preparing industry overviews on subsectors within the healthcare industry
Creating detailed financial models used for valuation and other financial analysis (DCF, LBO, M&A, accretion/dilution, comparable company and transaction analysis)
Preparing marketing documents, including pitch materials, confidential offering memoranda, management presentations, fairness opinions and board presentations
Conducting extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction

Required

Candidates should have a strong desire to work in investment banking and an interest in the healthcare industry

Keen attention to detail
