Customer Service Representative
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll provide top-tier support to both internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat while ensuring compliance with established policies and meeting key performance goals.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels
Process, resolve, and document customer transactions efficiently
Research and analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate solutions
Adhere to internal policies and procedures
Meet individual and team KPIs
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of customer service experience (inbound call experience a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Preferred
Background in automotive dealerships or vehicle service contracts preferred
