Responsibilities
Oversee assigned regions and lead a team of Directors of Development
Analyze the market potential and profitability to develop strategies for market share growth
Spearhead the establishment of new physician offices while optimizing staff ratios for patient care
Implement strategies through market research, product development, advertising, and sales promotion programs
Grow the company’s services and be a positive reflection of the organization while being heavily involved in the community
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have previous experience in healthcare marketing or management
Ability to read and communicate effectively
Strong written and verbal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills
Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment
Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order
Preferred
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in marketing or healthcare promotions
