Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for data center initiatives, from planning and execution through delivery and post-implementation review
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and vendor partners, to ensure seamless execution of deliverables
Understand technical concepts at a deep enough level to communicate effectively with engineers (e.g., networking, servers, storage, power, cooling) without needing to perform hands-on configuration
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Apply Agile methodologies to foster collaboration, adaptability, and iterative progress across technical workstreams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in project management, with significant exposure to data center or infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of technical concepts within data centers (e.g., networking, compute, storage, hardware lifecycle, AI infrastructure)
PMP certification (required)
Experience managing Agile projects and working with Agile teams
