Responsibilities

Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise React framework components
Drive the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the React WebUI Center of Excellence (COE)
Establish governance standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries
Promote enterprise-wide adoption of standardized UI components and patterns
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and technical constraints
Ensure alignment between engineering, product, design, and QA teams
Act as the primary point of contact for technical and project-related inquiries
Facilitate communication across multiple engineering teams
Resolve cross-team dependencies and unblock delivery challenges
Prepare and present project dashboards, status updates, and reports to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure smooth integration of React components into broader platforms and applications

Qualification

Required

10+ years of software development experience
4+ years in technical project management or senior software engineering
Strong hands-on knowledge of: React.js
Strong hands-on knowledge of: JavaScript / TypeScript
Strong hands-on knowledge of: Modern web architecture
Solid understanding of: APIs and frontend-backend integration
Solid understanding of: Component-based architecture and design systems
Experience with: Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience with: CI/CD pipelines
Experience with: Version control systems (Git)
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience building or managing UI design systems or frontend COEs
Exposure to large-scale enterprise or multi-team environments
Background working closely with UX/design systems teams
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and performance optimization
