Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules
Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data import/export mechanisms
Customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Workflows/Flows
Work extensively on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
Support deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong experience in ServiceNow Custom Development
Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with data imports/exports, transform maps, and integration hub (preferred)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM or related)
Experience with ServiceNow best practices, performance optimization, and security
Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance
