Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined territory of existing customer accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals
Drive account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, print/workflow, and professional services
Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate performance, uncover business needs, and align technology solutions to customer objectives
Develop and execute strategic account plans that support customer retention, expansion, and long-term partnership growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships through proactive communication and follow-through
Monitor account health, identify risks early, and partner with internal teams to resolve issues before they impact satisfaction or revenue
Collaborate with solution architects, technical specialists, and service delivery teams to design and position solutions that solve customer challenges
Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasting through CRM discipline
Partner cross-functionally with service delivery, support, and leadership to ensure seamless onboarding, service quality, and customer experience
Participate in internal sales meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives that support territory and organizational growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years of account management or sales experience within technology, managed services, or a related B2B environment
Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and achieving revenue targets through relationship-based selling
Strong understanding of technology solutions such as managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, print/workflow, and professional services
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems to manage pipeline and account activity
Consultative sales mindset with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
