Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close new opportunities
Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data, and CRM records
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings

Required

Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and account management

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in the industrial technology, OEM, or computing hardware sector is a plus
