Responsibilities
Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities, repairs, and installations to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production operations
Lead, mentor, and train the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
Design and implement a data-driven preventive maintenance program to reduce unplanned failures and extend equipment life
Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to diagnose equipment issues, support process improvements, and assist with new product launches
Identify and execute initiatives that improve equipment reliability, increase uptime, and reduce maintenance and operating costs
Oversee facility and utility systems-including steam, power, gas, and compressed air-to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation
Manage maintenance budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team is equipped with appropriate tools, parts, and training
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years in industrial maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; preventive maintenance programs; equipment diagnostics; and machinery installation
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing maintenance team
Proven track record of root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective solutions
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
