Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and/or project coordination
Ability to gain business domain knowledge and translate it to technical requirements
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project and other management tools
Proficiency in Draw.io, creating presentations, using AI tools (Co-pilot)
Experience with SQL, Excel and data analysis is a plus
Experience in creating KPI/Dashboarding Tools for executive reporting
Preferred
Prior experience with Finance and compliance domain
Experience with Databricks, bigdata environment
