Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals
Define and track KPIs across brand, demand generation, and digital performance
Manage the marketing budget and report performance insights to leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Executive Leadership
Lead SEO and digital growth strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
Oversee HubSpot campaigns, automation workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring
Drive multi-channel lead generation across paid search, LinkedIn ads, webinars, and email
Analyze campaign performance and optimize future investments
Refresh and evolve brand messaging through compelling storytelling and thought leadership
Oversee content creation including blogs, videos, webinars, case studies, and multimedia assets
Ensure consistent messaging across websites, campaigns, and partner channels
Own website strategy as a core demand generation and brand platform
Monitor performance using tools such as GA4, SEMrush, and HubSpot
Build dashboards to track web, social, and campaign metrics
Develop and lead conference and event strategy aligned with sales objectives
Oversee booth design, messaging, and campaign integration
Collaborate with strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded content
Travel to key industry events (approximately 25–40%)
Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team as the function scales
Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance culture
Provide structure through clear priorities, timelines, and accountability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (advanced degree preferred)
8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies
Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and lead generation for long sales cycles
Proficiency with HubSpot; Salesforce experience is a plus
Strong creative and storytelling capabilities with a passion for brand building
Collaborative, driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Preferred

Experience in industrial, automation, or technical B2B environments preferred (training can be provided)
