Cyber Risk Communications Manager

PTR Global is seeking an experienced Communications Lead to join the Cyber, Data, Risk, and Resilience (CDRR) division. This role involves executing communication strategies, driving major campaigns, and collaborating with senior leaders and global teams to support strategic initiatives and organizational announcements.

Responsibilities

Liaison to Tech & Corporate Comms: Act as the primary communication liaison between CDRR, Technology, and Corporate Communications teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on communication strategies
Comms Lead: Lead the creation and dissemination of organizational announcements, Cyber Alerts/Tips, Tech Policy Memos, and quarterly InfoSec emails
Firmwide Campaign Lead: Manage firmwide campaigns such as Secure Our World (SoW), Global Vulnerability Management (GVM), and other major initiatives
CDRR Divisional Newsletters Lead: Oversee the creation and distribution of CDRR divisional newsletters, ensuring engaging content and relevance
Awards Governance: Coordinate external CDRR awards governance and management
TEE Oversight: Support Technology Excellence and Engagement (TEE) programs, driving education and tooling improvements
Quarterly Open Forums: Assist in the execution of quarterly open forums, coordinating and planning sessions
Miscellaneous Oversight: Oversee various divisional management activities, such as Communications Day, Culture Conversations, and Tech Excellence initiatives
Jive Strategic Oversight: Provide support for the strategic oversight of the CDRR Jive platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging

Required

Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize, simplify, and explain complex technical information for various audiences
Prior experience working cross-functionally with global teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing needs
Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technology, or a related field

Preferred

Background in technology, risk, regulatory, or strategy is a plus
Previous experience in technology program/project management is preferred
Experience in Technology, Risk/Regulatory, or Strategy backgrounds is highly desirable
Prior exposure to working in Cyber, Data, and Risk domains preferred
