Operations Coordinator
Mammoet is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate tasks related to facilities management at their Rosharon, TX location. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency in facilities, warehouse, and fleet management while collaborating with vendors and internal departments to maintain safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in coordination with the safety department
Organize and oversee timely facility inspections and compliance reporting
Maintain and securely store all relevant documentation
Supervise the maintenance, troubleshooting, and routine assessments of office spaces, equipment, and infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Schedule and manage external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality work
Maintain up-to-date maintenance schedules and service records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed, including but not limited to sensor replacements for lavatory equipment, door hinge repairs, and debris removal
Respond to and coordinate after-hours facility-related issues
Coordinate relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality control, post-service evaluations, and resolution of invoice disputes
Monitor facility-related contracts and agreements to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Create purchase requisitions for both internally executed work and contractor-sourced services
Review and process invoices for facility-related expenses
Assist in workplace setup to support business needs
Coordinate office moves, furniture installations, and workstation arrangements
Maintain an inventory of office supplies, equipment, and facility assets
Oversee cleaning and security services to maintain a hygienic and safe work environment
Assist in tracking facility-related expenses and preparing budget forecasts
Identify cost-saving opportunities in maintenance and operational services
Maintain facility records, including leases, permits, maintenance logs, and warranties
Address and resolve employee facility-related requests and concerns
Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs
Qualification
Required
Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
Two years of relevant work experience
