Accurately enter and verify all data
Identify and communicate client requirements effectively
Monitor and maintain implementation timelines
Record system issues in tracking systems
Conduct post-implementation client satisfaction checks
Suggest improvements for internal processes
Develop best practice procedures for new Implementation Specialists
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of HCM, Benefit, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping experience
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Conflict resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in CFM tools, Smart Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Excel skills
