Business Development Representative (BDR)
Blink Voice is a fast-growing communications provider delivering modern VoIP and business phone solutions to companies across the U.S. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities, focusing on prospecting and building relationships to ensure long-term customer success.

Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Research target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and lead quality
Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and appointment-setting goals
Learn and clearly communicate Blink Voice’s products and value proposition
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (VoIP/telecom experience a plus)
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
Goal-oriented, competitive, and resilient
