Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives
Guide and represent clients through probate administration with professionalism and compassion
Represent clients in guardianship administration matters
Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication and empathy
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services in a supportive team environment
Qualification
Required
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate, guardianship, and trust law
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A compassionate, client-focused approach to legal practice
Ability to manage a caseload effectively while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture
