AI Site Reliability Engineer
Talent Groups is seeking an AI Site Reliability Engineer to support AI coding tools and DevOps processes. The role involves administering AI code assistant tools, building automation with various DevOps tools, and monitoring adoption metrics.
Responsibilities
Administer and support AI code assistant tools, including onboarding, policies, usage insights, and troubleshooting
Build automation and assist with DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Artifactory
Monitor adoption metrics, collaborate with vendors, and support enterprise-wide rollouts
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in engineering, DevOps, platform operations, or IT support roles
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar assistants
Strong Linux/Unix skills with Python or Bash scripting for automation and reporting
Proficient with GitHub, Git workflows, REST APIs, and common developer platforms
Administer and support AI code assistant tools, including onboarding, policies, usage insights, and troubleshooting
Build automation and assist with DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Artifactory
Monitor adoption metrics, collaborate with vendors, and support enterprise-wide rollouts
Basic exposure to cloud or containers (AWS, Docker) with strong communication and documentation skills
