Responsibilities
Interacting with clients, staff and consultants to successfully design and execute projects
Produce working, presentation and detail drawings in AutoCAD/ Revit
Produce 3D model using SketchUp, Revit
Submittal Review, RFI research and responses
Coordinate project documents through all phases of design
Assist in proposal/ marketing efforts
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Collaborate with other team members as required to meet project objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
AutoCAD/REVIT proficiency required
1+ years of professional architectural experience
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Interest in performing cost estimating
