Qualification
Required
Associates or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of office experience/management in a related field, with some autonomy
Strong organizational skills and ability to respond appropriately to pressures, deadlines and changes in priorities and schedules, with attention to detail
Preferred
Demonstrated cultural competence
Commitment to diversity and proven effectiveness in serving the needs of a diverse undergraduate student population
