Director, Demand Generation
Endear is building the first modern CRM for retail teams, and they are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to build and scale a revenue-driven growth engine. This role involves designing and executing a data-driven demand generation strategy while partnering with Sales and RevOps to improve conversion and efficiency across the buyer journey.
Responsibilities
Audit and optimize Endear's current demand generation infrastructure, identifying quick wins and strategic opportunities across the funnel
Build and launch integrated campaigns targeting VP/Director of Retail demonstrating measurable pipeline contribution
Optimize funnel definitions, KPIs, and reporting across MQL, SQL, pipeline, win rate, and CAC
Partner closely with Sales to understand lead quality, refine buyer personas, and optimize the lead-to-opportunity conversion process
Improve lifecycle and nurture programs to support fast-moving buyers and reduce friction in the sales process
Own and consistently hit quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets, supporting Endear's aggressive growth goals
Develop an event and sponsorship strategy that drives measurable pipeline—not just brand presence
Design outbound programs that improve conversion rates
Establish repeatable funnel models and forecasting to support predictable growth at scale
Create playbooks, systems, and processes that support pipeline growth while maintaining efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally to produce high-performing assets (case studies, ROI tools, product demos, industry reports)
Help position Endear as a category leader in Clienteling through integrated campaigns and strategic visibility
Qualification
Required
8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in high-velocity or SMB/mid-market environments
Built or scaled demand engines that support short sales cycles and lower ACV products
Prior experience managing 1-2 individual contributors
Fluent in paid media, events, sponsorships, outbound marketing, and lifecycle programs
Deep experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce, plus analytics and martech tools (e.g., GA, Outreach, 6sense, Demandbase)
Strongly understand funnel modeling, attribution, pipeline forecasting, and KPI design
Comfortable owning budgets, modeling ROI, and presenting performance to executives
Can operate both strategically and tactically—designing the system and executing campaigns yourself when needed
Excel at cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Leadership
Highly analytical, data-driven, and obsessed with numbers
Results-oriented leader who takes ownership of pipeline targets and finds creative solutions to overcome obstacles
