Responsibilities
Provide support to the Project Delivery team and operational initiatives
Facilitate and participate in process and project risk assessments
Manage routing and approval workflows for risk assessments
Maintain a project delivery integrated program risk register
Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards to deter risks
Assist project leaders in defining, planning, and executing enterprise risk registers
Manage reporting to quality and enterprise risk registers
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 12 months of experience, preferably in a healthcare or plasma collection environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work independently without direct oversight, including managing projects, providing feedback, and maintaining accountability for results
Proficiency in risk assessments, risk documentation, and risk reporting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities
Proven ability to establish strong working relationships with senior management, third parties, and cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Quick learner with the ability to adopt new processes and take action
Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio preferred)
Demonstrated project management skills
