Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Identify and aggressively selling into markets for our process cooling solutions
Promote our process cooing solutions to prospects and educate the market on our value propositions
Assist in developing a clear business plan and strategy to win with new customers
Provide feedback to Dimplex leadership regarding activities and communicate resource needs
Implement effective sales approaches that expand our reach in North America and beyond
Ability to work cross-culturally with Glen-Dimplex sister companies in Asia and Europe
Prioritize sales growth and monitor progress to ensure goals are met

Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of progressive outside sales experience in a commercial or industrial context, with at least 5 years in refrigeration, heat-exchanger, or industrial HVAC industries
Demonstrated success in finding new business and delivering measurable market impact within the target industries
Metrics-focused and results-oriented mindset
Executive presence and ability to influence others with strong/creative presentation skills
Proficiency using digital sales and marketing tools
In-depth knowledge and experience with mechanical systems (refrigeration, pumps, electrical systems) is highly desirable
