Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the CEO and the office
Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly, professional, and polished manner
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation
Book restaurants, meetings, and executive dining reservations
Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
Assist our administrative and recruiting team
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, meetings, and team functions
Handle email and phone communications with professionalism and discretion
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support internal communication and overall office operations
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Professional, positive, and proactive mindset
Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, scheduling tools)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Bachelor's degree preferred
No prior executive assistant experience required; paid training is provided
