Responsibilities
Design and deliver modernization initiatives that simplify and automate complex operational workflows
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Lead projects spanning multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and operational goals
Facilitate communication and decision-making among technical, operational, and business stakeholders
Establish and promote consistent project management standards, including charters, schedules, risk logs, and reporting templates
Conduct process analyses to identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
Develop and execute adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of AI and automation solutions
Encourage accountability, continuous improvement, and adherence to new processes across teams
Ensure projects comply with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards
Prepare executive-level status reports detailing progress, risks, metrics, and outcomes
Track KPIs such as cycle-time reduction, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and delivery milestones
Mentor interns and early-career professionals, supporting technical and professional growth within the project team
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT program management experience in large or complex organizations
Proven success managing large-scale, multi-year programs with budgets of $10M+
Strong expertise in AI, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred)
Advanced experience with PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, executive reporting, and governance models
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office, and Visio
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, facilitate conflict resolution, and drive consensus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused language
Preferred
Experience supporting senior leaders or executive sponsors
Strong negotiation and influence skills across IT, business units, and external partners
Comfort operating in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
Experience developing data-driven KPIs and executive dashboards
Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau
