Responsibilities
Lead portfolio-level financial modeling, cash forecasting, and long-range planning
Oversee investor reporting, LP distributions, and waterfall structures
Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Support executive leadership on capital planning and strategic initiatives
Oversee multi-entity real estate financial structures and reporting
Ensure data integrity across NetSuite and integrated financial systems
Manage external auditors, tax advisors, and third-party partners
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of experience in finance within real estate private equity or principal-side platforms
Strong financial modeling and cash forecasting experience
Direct exposure to investors, capital structures, and LP reporting
Experience supporting portfolios of $500M+ AUM
Preferred
NetSuite experience strongly preferred
