Responsibilities

Recommending and leading enhancements to existing processes

Delivering business line reporting and analytic needs

Capturing and tracking project issues and assisting with resolution

Support day-to-day marketing and communication materials and content needs

Conducting a competitive research project on card loyalty programs and presenting findings and recommendations

Supporting the development of internal reporting capabilities

Providing analysis on a client or advisor-facing program, assessing its success, and identifying opportunities for improvement

Support a product annual due diligence process; researching current products on the platform to ensure they still meet our standards and creating and compiling documentation in preparation for product committee reviews

Reviewing existing assets and providing recommendations for internal learning pathways

Required

Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027

Demonstrated leadership experience

Preferred

High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics

Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
