Human Resources Manager
LHH is seeking a Human Resources Manager who drives a positive employee experience and ensures that the organization has the talent, culture, and processes needed to succeed. This role oversees core HR operations, leads employee relations, and partners with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
Strengthen culture and engagement through proactive programs and leader partnership
Manage full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with all employment laws
Oversee HR systems, reporting, and data accuracy
Support compensation reviews, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
Identify training needs and deliver development programs for employees and leaders
Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
Leverage HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and support DE&I efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certifications preferred
5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and HR operations
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (ADP, UKG, Workday, Paylocity, etc.)
Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage sensitive issues and influence at all levels
Preferred
HR certifications preferred
