Responsibilities
Direct and supervise all field construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety requirements
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain schedule and quality standards
Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate updates to project management
Enforce company safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and project-specific guidelines
Support project goals by fostering teamwork and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil construction methods
Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors on complex infrastructure projects
Excellent organizational and communication skills
