Responsibilities
Lead requirement discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Capture page types and component requirements (e.g., landing pages, tiles, browse/search experiences)
Define functional specifications, including fields, validations, variants, and authoring rules
Document authoring playbooks and acceptance criteria aligned with AEM component libraries
Clarify Multi-Site Manager (MSM) implications for global vs. local content
Define content governance models, including permissions, workflows, and approval steps
Support taxonomy, tagging standards, and content organization best practices
Ensure traceability from business requirements through implementation
Partner with AEM Architects and Technical Leads during Solution Design & Development (SDD)
Support QA teams with UAT planning, test scenarios, and validation
Assist with author training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align digital experiences with business outcomes
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on web or AEM-based projects
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CMS authoring concepts
Experience documenting functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Hands-on experience with AEM components, templates, workflows, and MSM
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in global, cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with enterprise digital platforms and large-scale CMS implementations
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Experience supporting content authors and governance models
