Qualification
Required
Proficiency in welding techniques and production processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance
Capacity to concentrate on tasks and follow instructions diligently
Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate a coachable attitude
Preferred
Experience in a heavy industrial environment is beneficial
