Responsibilities
Lead labor tracking and forecasting efforts, including staffing assumptions, wage rates and labor productivity metrics
Support annual operating planning and rolling forecasts for store operations, providing labor- and sales-driven inputs to improve resource allocation and profitability
Analyze unit-level performance across a large store base to identify risks, opportunities, and cost efficiencies, delivering practical recommendations
Serve as a finance partner to sales and field operations leadership, supporting revenue performance, labor efficiency, and cost management across the store network
Build and refine financial models to support operating decisions, scenario analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
Prepare executive-ready summaries and presentations that inform leadership discussions around operating performance, capital planning, and resource deployment
Manage, coach, and develop a team of high performing analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A, sales finance, or commercial finance roles supporting multi-unit or store-based operations
Strong experience with labor forecasting, productivity analysis, and operating expense management
Prior people management or mentorship experience
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with operations, real estate, facilities, and non-finance stakeholders
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience working with ERP-based forecasting environments preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization
