Solution Experience Lead Houston Customer Welcome Center
HP is looking for a passionate leader to join their Customer Experience Program in Houston CWC. This role involves representing HP to its valuable customers and partners, providing support for senior-level sales meetings, and executing retention programs while maintaining operational readiness of the Customer Welcome Center.

Responsibilities
Lead discovery and agenda planning: Act as the technical advisor for visit/briefing agendas with Sales/TCs, ensuring every step aligns with customer priorities and our solution capabilities
Prepare with purpose: Join pre‑brief calls to gather customer insights / pain points
Translate needs into solutions: Translate ITDMs requirements into tailored technical solutions and demo paths that make value tangible
Guide briefing execution: Partner with CWC peers on implementing products, demos and tailored experiences that reflect customer priorities and the agreed success outcomes
Lead technical tours: Host product deep dives and lead immersive technical tours during customer visits at the Houston CWC
Tackle hot topics: Address advanced technical topics and customer challenges, co-partner with other specialized technical SMEs to support different solution architectures
Reflect Vertical trends: Ensure technical content mirrors current industry dynamics and vertical/customer‑specific requirements to drive relevance and trust
Stay current: Keep content and messaging accurate by staying updated on new products and technologies for confident, credible presentations
Own technical aspects of Houston CWC: Maintain operational readiness of the physical meeting/demo spaces, physical and virtual demo products, and virtual collaboration platforms
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional presentation skills
Experience and fluency in technical subject matter, with ability to demonstrate and discuss solutions with customers who have varying level of technical understanding
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, including ability to flex to changing needs, balance multiple projects, and work amongst stakeholders toward tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in technical field (degrees in Computer, Telecoms, Electronics, or similar engineering majors are preferred)
