Responsibilities
Establishes controls necessary to ensure that assigned, required data is compiled, prepared, reviewed, approved, published and submitted to or received from the customer in quality form, on time, and within budget
Achieves customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling a wide range of projects accurately in a timely manner while maintaining company standards
Assesses and identifies contractual data requirements specified in customer contracts
Coordinates the interaction between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, program management and marketing to ensure appropriate changes are documented and provide direction for the development of data
Ensures and verifies required data complies with contract specifications and internal company policies and procedures
Researches and makes recommendations for appropriate hardware and software required for DC systems
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years experience in an administrative role
Basic computer skills – Word, Excel and Outlook
Understanding of data entry
